Sharon has almost 20 years of experience working in the dental industry, in dental nursing and receptionist roles. She enjoys the challenges that come with the role of lead receptionist and is dedicated to ensuring our patients have great experiences.
Lynne has worked in customer service for over 6 years. She has gained valuable knowledge in customer service in this time, and continues to grow her skill set while on our reception team. Working in Dental excellence has allowed her to do what she loves doing most in her career in working with and helping patients as much as she can.
Melissa worked in the insurance industry for almost 16 years. She wanted a change in career path while continuing to deal with the public. Through these years in insurance she gained valuable knowledge in dealing with the public and growing her customer service skills.
We provide the perfect setting for her to utilise these skills at reception in Dental Excellence.
Louise graduated from AIT with a diploma in Business Studies. She has worked in high fashion retail for 11 years. Through these years in retail she gained valuable knowledge and skill set in dealing with the public and growing her customer service skills. This was the aspect of working in retail that she really enjoyed the most. Working in dental excellence has allowed her to enjoy what she loves doing most in her career through an enjoyable and professional atmosphere.
Has worked in customer service for over 10 years. In 2008 she decided she needed a change in career and went to study in Athlone Institute of Technology and graduated with a Higher Certificate in Science Dental Nursing in 2010 .
Since then continued to work both in customer service and dental nursing, but finally found the best of both worlds as head receptionist here at Dental Excellence, doing the odd nurse duties when needed.
What she loves most about her job is watching the change in patients from walking in the door a nervous wreck to leaving with the biggest smile on their faces!
